Village Follies Swag Returns, Refunds or Replacement Policy:

 

Please note that as a non-profit, all sales are final and order cancellations are not possible.

Because Village Follies utilizes an on-demand printing company, all products are unique and produced per order, just for you. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

​

Once you pay for an item, your order is sent to production at the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel your order.  If your shipment details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we are not able to offer replacements or refunds. Sizing is provided in each listing, so be sure of your details before you order.

We can offer a replacement if there are any mechanical issues with the order, such as manufacturing errors or printing mistakes.  It will work this way:

​

  1. Email us to let us know of the printing problem.

  2. Include your order number from your invoice or payment receipt.

  3. Once approved, return the item to Village Follies.

  4. Once an item has been physically received by us and confirmed to be in error, a replacement item will be re-ordered and shipped to you.
